Meditation is to stops thinking and only then you will experience that daily shores, finances, relationships and all that clutters your mind needs to be “released” for a short period of time everyday.

Meditation  is tapping beyond the physical body, humans have seven energy centers called chakras. These energy fields in addition to determining mood, happiness, and health also determine who an individual associates with those around him, both humans and animals

These energy centers are like spinning wheels that run through an individual and to maintain a steady spin, they have to be balanced, the different parts of the body produce their own energy and this production can be hinders as to stop or reduce.  When the flow of this energy is blocked it leads to illness, moodiness, sadness, and irritability among others.  One of the practices used in learning how to unblock the flow of Chakra is Meditation.
